Do you have a business with services and/or products that would benefit writers? Please consider becoming an Atlanta Writers Conference sponsor. We’ll have 215-230 in-person participants.
Each affiliate sponsor will receive six feet of table space located in the hotel atrium through which all conference participants must pass on the way to and from agent/publisher meetings, workshops, and other conference activities, and we’ll feature your logo on this webpage with a link to the URL you specify. Affiliate sponsors can purchase table space for Friday, November 3 (11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.) and/or Saturday, November 4 (8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.). The lead sponsor receives this table space for both days, the logo with URL on this webpage, and can also provide an educational talk about their services and/or products to conference participants on Saturday, November 4 from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. in the College Park Ballroom, where all the workshops and seminars will take place.
If you would prefer to just advertise your business on this webpage, we will feature your logo with a link to the URL you specify. This page will remain live until the launch of the next conference.
- Lead sponsorship (one spot available): $2,500 if paying by check or ACH; $2,650 if paying by credit card.
- Affiliate sponsorship (five spots available): $1,200 for one day or $2,000 for both days if paying by check or ACH; $1,272 for one day or $2,120 for both days if paying by credit card.
- Webpage advertiser with logo and link (ten spots available): $250 if paying by check or ACH; $265 if paying by credit card.
Sponsorship applications are considered on a case-by-case basis and evaluated based on the fit between the sponsor’s services and/or products and the goal of the Atlanta Writers Club to teach the craft and business of writing and help its members achieve their writing goals.
