MAY 3-4, 2024 ATLANTA WRITERS CONFERENCE:
For May 3-4, 2024, the Atlanta Writers Conference will be held at the Westin Atlanta Airport Hotel (4736 Best Rd., Atlanta, GA 30337, 404-762-7676, http://www.westinatlantaairport.com/). To reserve a hotel room at the Westin Atlanta Airport Hotel for the nights of May 2, 3, 4 and/or 5, 2024 at $159 per night plus tax, please call 1-888-627-7211 and reference the Atlanta Writers Club’s Atlanta Writers Conference or use this online booking link. The room booking discount will end on April 12, 2024, but the reserved block of rooms is likely to fill up well before the deadline.
If you want to take MARTA to the Airport terminus or if you are flying to Atlanta Hartsfield-Jackson International Airport, you can access the free Westin shuttle outside the South Terminal baggage claim. This shuttle runs every 30 minutes.
If you choose to drive, plenty of parking usually exists in the hotel lot, unless another large meeting is occurring on the same date(s)–we recommend arriving early for your scheduled activities, in case you need to park at a nearby venue. Note: the hotel charges a parking fee, which will be discounted to $14 for conference attendees parking for the day or overnight.
